Eziflat offers a unique policy where, if you rent a home from us and later change it due to any reason, we compensate the brokerage amount for the next home you take from us. If the new house has a higher brokerage fee, we reduce the last paid brokerage amount and only charge the difference. This policy is applicable for the first 3 months, offering you relief from paying brokerage again within a shorter period of time.

17. Do you have any discounts on brokerage fees?

Yes! We offer an EZRewards Program, providing a 25% discount on brokerage fees for returning clients who have previously rented a home from Eziflat and come back to us for another rental. To claim this discount, clients must present an invoice copy of the paid fees or payment proof of the last fees they paid to us. Additionally, we offer a 10% discount on brokerage fees whenever existing clients refer us to someone. If the referred client discloses how they received our contact, we provide a flat 10% off on the brokerage fees.

18. Can I customize my rental property?

While most properties are ready to move in, some owners may allow small customizations to meet specific needs. For example, minor alterations in furniture or decor. It’s best to discuss your requirements with our team, and we’ll help facilitate your requests where possible.
